Art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code applies to the deposit: if the session is cancelled by the Customer, the deposit may be retained by the Seller, and if the session is cancelled by the Seller, the Customer may demand a refund of twice the amount of the deposit. § 9. Withdrawal from the contract

  1. A consumer (as well as a natural person conducting business activity who concludes a contract directly related to their business activity, where the contract is not of a professional character for them) may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason - in the case of a voucher, from the day of its receipt, and in the case of services, from the day the contract is concluded.

  4. The Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal (in the case of a voucher - no earlier than after receiving it back or after being provided with proof of its return), to the account number indicated by the Customer. The refund also covers the costs of delivering the voucher to the Customer, according to the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller.

The absence of consent does not affect the price or the course of the session.
  3. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to ponitcedozdjecia@gmail.com. The Seller then removes the photos from its channels within a reasonable time, with the exception of materials already printed or previously disseminated by third parties.
