Withdrawal (return) form

This is a courtesy English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document is legally binding.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract (e.g. return an unused physical voucher or cancel a service before it begins), copy the template below, fill it in and send it by email to ponitcedozdjecia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order or entering into the contract. The detailed rules are set out in the terms and conditions.

Please remember that an unused physical voucher must additionally be sent back to the company’s registered address.
